Camping Craigtoun Meadows

We are a quiet family Park set in 32 acres of woodland, graded as 5 star by Visitscotland. Our Park is located 2.5km from the centre of St Andrews, with its world famous golf courses, fantastic beaches, 600 year old University,13th century castle and the remains of the Cathedral, which was the largest church in Scotland in its prime. The Dukes golf course is next door to us and Craigtoun Country Park within 2km. The small fishing villages of Anstruther and Crail are 12km from us and the city of Dundee only 25km.  Perth is a further 35km away and is known as the gateway to the Highlands, as the mountains of Scotland appear a short distance away. We are also one hour away from the city of Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland.

Our facilities for children include 2 small areas within Touring. There is a much larger area with an all weather football pitch, a grass football pitch, a mini golf area and a zip slide as well as other equipment. There are 2 indoor games rooms, including a dance machine, pool tables and other games for children.

Craigtoun Meadows is laid out with hundreds of trees, shrubs and flowers and  here you can watch the seasons unfold while the Park becomes ablaze with blossom and flowers. A woodland walk for adults and 2 small pond areas also add to the serenity of the Park.  

We have a small seasonal restaurant and launderette as well. A large supermarket is within 2km, as is the main shopping area of St Andrews, with its many restaurants and facilities.
