The park is surrounded by woodland and situated on the Lindsey Trail therefore offering miles of cycling or off road walking and riding so why not bring your horses/ dogs with you on holiday.

Market Rasen is less than a mile away and has a good selection of traditional shops inc. a bakers, farm shop and butchers as well as a Tesco store, train station and good bus service. Have a day at the races, at the popular Market Rasen Racecourse, or spend a leisurely afternoon fishing or playing golf.

Why not stroll on the Viking Way or visit the old "Walkers" church in Walesby.

The historic town of Lincoln with its Castle and Cathedral (used in the Da Vinci Code) is only 16 miles away and the seaside resorts ofCleethorpes, Mablethorpe and Skegness are all within comfortable driving distance.

The Humber Bridge is well worth seeing either by day or night, and the picturesque country towns of Louth, Horncastle and Woodhall Spa to name a few, are all well within an hours drive away.
