Camping Iseo

Camping Iseo is a tiny paradise nestling on the shores of the clear waters of Lake Iseo, on the foothills of the lower Lombard Alps and just a short distance from the historic centre of Iseo Town.

A small campsite with a family atmosphere which the Zatti family founded as long ago as 1950 on the old sports grounds of Iseo. Managed originally by grandfather Guiseppe and from 1962 flanked by his young son: Battista.

From 1970 Battista together with his wife managed the site, in 1978 taking ownership and re-building in 1992. Actually Camping Iseo is now managed by Battista Zatti with the help of his son and daughter; Giancarlo and Elsa, with lots of passion and love, always striving to satisfy the needs of all of our clients, as a part of the family.

The campsite was completely renovated in 1992. Designed by the proprietor; Battista Zatti with innovative ideas based on his previous technical experience combined with experience of managing the campsite. He wanted to realise a dream of designing a structure with new technologies that is practical, modern and avant- garde but still in-keeping with the historical style of Iseo. The building was created with reclaimed local stone on the exterior and interior. It also boasts an underground car-park with video surveillance for the sole use of clients.

The campsite is ideal if you want a relaxing, tranquil holiday, full of home comforts, directly on the shores of the best sandy beach on the lake. The beach slopes gently into the lake making it ideal for little ones and for splashing about without danger. The campsite is directly on the lake with 56 pitches and two jetties giving access to the lake to launch boats from our own buoys. There are attractive modern mini apartments built in stone to the highest standards, with every comfort, immersed in the beautiful gardens full of flowers.
